		<description>Van 2 ran hard through the early morning hours helped along by strong legs turned in by Jennifer Hammer, Jeff LeRose and a very fast 6.5 miles in 49 minutes by Todd Domangue.

Van 1 took the handoff for its third legs at about 7:00 AM after a not so comfortable few hours of sleep in the van at the transition area. Jeff Long and I as well as three of our van-mates completed our final legs running along the shore of Lake Michigan. As I type, our final partner Molly &quot;Pockets&quot; Akers is headed through the last stretch of Wisconsin and into Illinois. At the end of her 7.7 miles she&#039;ll hand off to Van 2 who will take us to the finish in the Windy City.</description>
