I dread shopping for new running shoes. It is always a big production, take up a ton of time and I often leave feeling like I should have picked a different shoe. My shoes never seem to feel great. After several weeks, I begin to mold in my shoes and finally start to enjoy my runs.  A couple quick months later, it is again time to replace my sneakers. I have always heard of running barefoot, but didn’t really pay much attention.  It seemed kinda ridiculous to run without any “cushioning” below my precious feet. Little did I know that running on the pavement barefoot is actually a BETTER cushion than my $150 speciality shoes.
